Bad Service - Sleeping on the Job!

Last Night, just before 12 o clock, on my way home from Family. I stopped at the BP store to buy some smokes. And I had to wait in a Q because two ladies behind the counter chose to take shifts with sleeping.

Its no problem at all if they allowed to sleep on the job at that time of the night and i understand that the store is mostly empty. But it should not be allowed behind a till where there are customers waiting to be served.

She actually woke up, looked at me, and then went back to sleep. yes I got served by the lady who was awake.

BUT My view, it is terrible that the lady would continue sleeping while there is a Q and she is fully able to assist us by the second till. Terrible I tell you.

I would suggest they sleep in the back room and not behind the till while people want service. Just my view. I will ensure I dont pull into a 24 hour BP Service Station to watch people sleep.
