Extreamly bad service from security and Nurses

To whom it may one day concern at Steve Biko Acadenic Hospital

My Baby daughter has been born on the 8th of June 2013 and has been in ICU since now 15 June 2013. My Baby daughter had a fit becouse she is premiture and the cord was around the neck, she was battleing with oxigen to her brain. In ICU she had a fit and she needed a cooler to bring down the swelling on her brain with instructions from a Doctor, some clever nurse decided without the doctors premission that they will switch off the cooler! If it was not for that my baby daugter would be home for now and enjoying life. What the is going on and what can we do that staff can perform like how the suppose to be trained!

2nd Complain, Security that calls them self security are useless!!! in case of emergancy you must wait, and that attetude "so what im sitting now im tired" attetude! if something happens they won't take the responsibility! My opinion is, stay in bed and stay away from security service, please someone get security to support people and not to sit there and waist company mony! I'm a business man my self and i know how things work, get people who has the training in the correct situation!
