Worst Service ever experienced

My prepaid electricity meter is faulty, paid City of Joburg to test the meter 30 Dec 2013. Called the call centre to follow up. Spoke to technical, they cannot view the ref number. pushed me to accounts. They can view the ref number but don;t understand the feed back as it is too technical. asked me to go to the walk in centre. went to the walk in centre stood in line for 45 min and told to call the accounts call centre, called them and they asked to again call technical. Technical cannot help cause they cannot view the ref number i received. No one willing to help, their attitude is to push you to another department. 10 days later and still no progress and their slogan is World Class African City. if only they had people working their that will take the time to assist and give us accurate information. Pity we stuck with poor service like this. Asked for Supervisor or manager or someone that knows their processes and procedures but they never at work or available. Wish the top brass their can call the call centre and experience this poor service, then they might do something about it
