Ever tried to buy electricity from community banking outlets? or airtime? no service, period. call centre keep on saying it is "technical problems" and, after two or more years it is still the same problem. poor people walk kilometres to buy something as basic as electricity yet must face the "technical problem" and walk kilometres back with nothing. not fair is it?
