BAD SERVICE BY CALL CENTRE AGENT

My sister is sick i called an the Ekurhuleni ambulance service. First i found a very rude Sotho speaking man. He refused to take the house number. Instead told me that someone has to wait at Victor & Mphephethu Street. My brother has been waiting in the rain instead of in the house and also attending to my sick sister in the house, in this cold weather. How can they ask you to wait in the streets, not knowing when the ambulance will come?

That system should be used in the villages, where there are no house addresses. I mean this is a well developed township for sake.
I wonder who's incharge of that department in Ekurhuleni. Last time when i was sick the NETCARE 911 ambulance came within 20min.

So if you don't have a medical aid... there's a possibility of dying?
