I GIVE UP!!!

I am so sick and tired of trying to sort out problems with Ekurhuleni! I do not know where or how they get their figures from seriously!!! They are So quick to send final demands and disconnection notices even when there is a query on the accounts. I get an account that escalates at R 10 000-00 per month when there are only 3 people working in the building and most days we close early. I also receive notification and bills due for a house that was sold at least 3 years ago after receiving a credit balance prior to this. I now again have about 4 accounts in my name each with a ridiculously high balance due. Please advise WHO I can get to assist me as I am tired of going into the Ekurhuleni offices with no resolved issues. Our company went into liquidation and I have been unemployed but Ekurhuleni just keep sending me sms and final demands and notices all the time. This is so annoying.
Another issue I have is that I sold my property in Edenvale and the Attorneys paid over R 71 680-17 please note that I had a pre paid meter in that house since June 2013 and my refund is just over R 2 600-00!!! How on earth is this possible??? I still have not receeived my "BIG" refund.
