Water leak for over 4 months

I have had a water leak outside my house for over 4 months now. I have logged a call with Ekhureleni (when you lucky enough to get through) and I have tried on several occasions to follow up on this issue. I have this water damaging my wall and they refuse to come out and fix it. I can never get hold of them on any number and when I'm lucky enough to get through I wait for over 30 minutes before putting the phone down as they apparently ALWAYS have high call volumes.

I'm sick and tired of trying to call them and wasting my time and money... I will go throw my toys out and throw a tantrum at the Benoni offices tomorrow. I've had enough of the service and the lack of intelligence when dealing with Ekhureleni Municipality.
