SOETWATER STAFF BAD ATTITUDE

We went camping in december at soetwater like we do regularly then we had a visitor and i know that we were in the wrong but the area manager decided we have to vacate the premises i paid my camp in full i was not on the camp i booked for my family when i spoke to her on the phone she was rude when i asked about the rest of the money she said i must forfeit it no questions asked i know they were wrong but to call in metro police was taking it a bit far cause there was no violence it was embarrassing to the family i would of maybe accepted a warning for first time offenders but to evict us like people that were camping for free is disgusting. and the way she spoke to me over the phone was pathetic so how didn`t she speak to my family cause she was disrespectful and i cant accept the fact that i need to forfeit 2 days money cause she said so and i will never go back there ever again and i will pass on to the rest of the campers the bad service of her and her security guards. up till today i had no apology nothing and i feel it`s unfair to hold back on money that i had to pay in full and have proof of payment of all i want is for someone of higher authority to sort me out not the AM
