Extremely Bad service

I have been phoning Sandton Police station since yesterday 23 December 2013 from 11:45 to get a case number for a accident that happened on Sunday 22 December 2013. Just to be told at around 16:00 sorry the accident department is closed please phone again tomorrow.

My first phone call was at 08:10 Tuesday 24 December 2013. the time is now 11:15 and after another 5 phone calls i still do not have the case number for the accident.

Never in my life have a had more pathetic service especially from a police station thank goodness its not an emergency!!!
