Lazy employee

Visited the dumpsite to drop off a bed. It was 08:50 when I got there. The gate was still locked. I called the employee at the gate and indicated that I would like to drop the bed off. He informed me that they only open at 09:45. Seriously, what difference does 15 minutes make? While I was busy turning my vehicle around to head back home, a guy from another race group stopped next to me, hooted and was let in, but I was informed that I can't come in before 09:00. This is blatant!
