Ill mannered drive

I just received a package TA 738757624 from a very rude driver. The driver from some XP Services I think called me this morning to say ask if I will be available at the address stated on my package, I informed him that i would. He then asked for a street name and I gave him. At 12:57, the driver called from 082 555 6223 to say that he was on my street and that I should wait on the street. I said I will come down as I lived in a complex. At 13:00 he called again, speaking in Zulu that where am I as he told me to wait at the street. I said to him, he just called me a few minutes ago and I need to make my way to him. I also informed him that I had just had an operation and will take me some time to get to me, he must just ask the guard at the gate to direct him closer to my flat and I will meet him. He did not do this. As I was approaching the gate around 13:02, he was pulling away to leave. I raised my arms and asked where he was going. He then returned and said I must come to him. I asked the guard to open the gate for me and he just stopped at the gate. He didn't greet me, just said he was in a hurry and I should sign for the package. This man is rude and an insult to humans.
