No answer!!!???

Dangerous situation with two broken power poles since thursday midnight with cables all over the road. call centre cannot be reached. have to listen to stupid music and the excuse of " our lines are busy" ANY time of the DAY or night??? now, almost 36 hours later NOTHING has been done and area without power???
