Power outages everyday

The power outages experienced in this area are becoming a massive problem. it is not acceptable that only a few houses experience load shedding 3 consecutive days in a row and these last for more than 4 hours. its winter and i see no reason for us to be stuck in the cold and dark for long periods of time. if it is that cables need to be replced then this needs to happen. but the same houses are affected and it is really unreasonable. this situation is becoming dire. we are being deprived of a basic need one that we pay for and this service is not being delivered. please assist in solving my issue as i think enough is enough it cant go on like this period
