NEGLIENCE - DISCONNECTION OF LEGAL HOUSE POWER

SATURDAY 14/9/13 AT 19H20 I had been home and my power to my house was disconnected. i was informed that City power was in the area to disconnect illegal power supply. due to their neglience i ha suffered absorbent amounts of funds (perishables and cooked food had gone off and thrown in the bin. Go and see the bin on the road which is for refuse collection this morning., cell phone account was escalated and which was fruitless. sunday at 07h12 a final call was made, and told it takes 1- 4hours. this was not met. at 19h45 city power came and after verifying the account and battling to reinstore the power, they had eventually done so. This is not accepted. I had suffered substanial amount of losses in regards to the neglience of CITY POWER . WILL CITY POWER RE COMPENSATE ME FOR MY LOSSES? PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE WRONGFUL PEOPLE SUFFER AND NOT PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEIR ACCOUNTS UP TO DATE . PLEASE GO AND CHECK THE APPOLING CONDITION OF THE POWER BOX ON GALTEEMORE STREET MALVERN . THIS IS EXTREMLY DANGEROUS TO CHILDREN IS OPEN TO ILLEGAL CONNECTION
