Raw Sewerage In My Garden

Over the past couple of years living in Newcastle we've always had problems with sewerage leakages, but never has it been this bad. We have RAW sewerage leaking all over our garden. The main tank is apparently directly behind our house and is connected to our drains as well as that of my neighbours, the municipality is unable to to fix this problem and instead leaves us with human faeces lying all over our garden, as well as in our homes!!! this is discusting, the smell is unbearable and the lack of hygiene is unbelieveable. our basic human rights are being violated!!! it is not right that people have to live like this...
