Complete incompatance

I reported a crime of that had been comitted. At the booysens police station were i found a complete lack of dont care attitude the officer at buplic desk seems atturly disconsurned of the crime that had been commit too me. i found that she could not comprihend the english languege verry well she then referd me me too too the public complaints office were a lack off comlete incopatance and uneducated police officers i incountered. They would simlply stare at me asif i came from a diffrent planet. While being refused too have a case opened of the crime that has being commited. they were disintrested. one could just wonder if these police offecers were directly hired off the streets and given a uniform due too shortage of staff??
