Online renewals a waiste of time

On the 13th of July application was made for an online renewal. Payment was made and I waited. and I waited. eventualy I queried and they said that they had posted the document to a pobox. I don't have a po box. on the application it asked for the owners postal address and the street address was quoted. after they said that it was posted. they then said that there was another disc outstanding for a trailer. now 2 months later. I then requested details and made payment again stating the street address where the discs needed to be sent to. once again . they have sent them to a PO box and almost 6 months later still don't have a disc for my vehicle... feedback has been terrible and no telephone numbers to call. I have even given them my number but they have made no attempt
