I updated personal details that was captured incorrectly to begin with (i.e. name of employer captured as my surname, etc). Everytime I received an "updated" email with "confirmation" that corrections was done, I had to request more changes to be made, it seems that only one change per request is made. Every time I had to resubmit the same data over and over again for them to be able to "correct" my information. In July 2012 I received a "final" confirmation that my details will be updated within 5-7 working days. When I requested my annual report in 2013, my details were still not corrected. I resumbitted all the emails, queries and reference numbers I previously sent and was again asked for my ID and proof of address, which I submitted, It clearly states my street address and the statement is not older than 3 months, yet today I received another sms to send a document/proof of address with a street address and not a postal address. It seems these consultants are really not interested in completing their baisc admin functions. Do you realize the effect your poor service has? Do you even remotely get the concept of how important it is to have the correct information on system?
