Pensioner send 400km with no results

Mr. PJJS Pretorius are now waiting 3 months for his info to be transfered from Bronkhorst spruit to lichtenburg. He was told by Lizzie who works at sassa in lichtenburg that he must go to Bronkhorst spruit as there is some forms he must sign before his info could be transferred. With no money, at the age of 57 years, he took to the road and hitch hiked to Bronkhorst spruit, which took him 2 days to get there. He was then told by the sassa official there that there is no forms to be signed and was send back to Lichtenburg with a hand written piece of paper with the sassa stamp on it. It again took him 2 days to hitch hike back to Lichtenburg. He was nearly dead when he arrived back here. My wife, mrs Christine Swanepoel applied for transfer of her info the same day as mr pretorius and her transfer was done in a week after she phoned head office. Coul something be done about this, as he was evacuated from his home as he could not pay the rent. This is a complete slacknes and bad attitude. Maybe because he is a white person?? The Bronkorstspruit official said that the employees in lichtenburg is not doing their work. Anther woman here waited 6 months.? Please help. G. swanepoel.
