Files that get loss and money not paid out

Well I really do not know were to start with SASSA.Please someone need to take action very fast on SASSA as the normal person do not get this as they say in there do not get a attenuate with them or do not get upset with them. But if your file do not get loss and you must take all the documentation in again then it do land on someone desk for how long. My file is or let me say I go back with SASSA from Feb 2013 this month and my stuff is still not shorted out every time someone do the promise every thing is now been short out and I will received my money in September. Well Well just to hear again when I have phone last week nothing is been done. I really can not going on like this someone needs to intervene like the press now please something is very wrong at SASSA.
