Went to sars Doringkloof and rissik street to lodge my sars documents, consultants don't bother to explain to you what they doing on the system and then submit wrong details, I went to sars 4 times trying to submit my 2012 business km's and trying to call the call centre is such a mission, very rude staff arrogant and they always right. you the tax payer must always be at their mercy and then they have a nerve to tell you I will put the phone down and you can report me I don't care. Are there no survey being conducted on Sars call centre or is it just a given that the service can be poor and the tax payer don't deserve good service. I went to rissik street and I was promised that my submission is correct and after the two consultants only spoke in their preferred language when I asked them to tell me what they doing or saying the response I got was sorry for the language, when I called the call centre I was told sorry the consultant gave you incorrect information and you have to go back and resubmit your documents. tHE LAST PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE 29TH AT 13:55 REVENA AT THE CALL CENTRE CAUSED ME TO WRITE THIS ADD SHE IS SO RUDE AND ARROGANT CAN SOMETHING BE DONE URGENTLY
