SARS
WANT A STROKE - CALL SARS CALL CENTRE

During 2012 I started getting SMS's from SARS saying I owed them in excess of R2000. Many, many calls later I spoke to Molapo at the call centre on 31/07/2013 (case #111720889) who indicated that there is no moneys owing to SARS and I should ignore the SMS. Last week again received an SMS. Phoned countless times and held for more than 20 minutes. Today I spoke to Florina who said I owed the money from my 2008 tax return and that I have not filed returns for 2009 to 2012 (I have copies of the filed returns). When I told her it is utter nonsense she had the audacity to tell me to mind my language! I was sent a statement that is fine but it does not answer my question. Where does this amount come from? Can nobody help me? I have never experienced such horrible, incompetent, useless and disastrous service.
