Typical that SARS can do whatever the heck they want, and no one can say anything. I lodged my SARS submission on 01/07/2013 (as early as possible as I do every year). Later that day I received a notification to upload supporting documents (Nowhere did it state what the correct format is). Then I heard nothing. After about two days a rude woman by the name of Patricia Ndlovu contacted me saying that I need to supply daily travel logs as I supplied monthly. I went to the Alberton branch and uploaded the daily log. It is now more than a month later and according to the useless call centre, no one is even working on my case??? Heavens beware if you do not pay any outstanding amounts to SARS, but they can sit on their fat arses and do whatever the they want because the they think they are??? This is pathetic and I am utterly disgusted with the lack of service and turnaround time (apparently it can take up to a year???) This is totally ridiculous and i am sickened to my stomach about the absolute JOKE that is the SARS!!!
