Parow traffic department is shocking

After waiting for an hour an a half someone had to go in and ask the lady that does the eye testing if the next person can come in, after screaming from her table without getting up she just dismissed me for not having a copy of drivers license (nowhere indicates you have to have that) where I had my drivers license with me with a copy of ID and all forms filled in, she just screamed next eye test in my face. She is rude and everyone was complaining! Her behaviour is unacceptable and people take of work to go wait for hours just to be treated badly and dismissed like that!
