NO PAYMENT RECEIVED SINCE BEGINNING OCTOBER

URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED NO PAYOUT RECEIVED

Please can someone call Rosina on 0734474438 with regard non payment. She has been to SASSA no less than 6 times since end of October. She is 70 years old and the sole breadwinner for her two grandchildren who's parents are deceased. We have been contacting national call centre who advised that if money is not drawn in time it is forfeited. SHE NEVER KNEW THIS. She has no airtime, and no means of private transport.

We have taken her to Germiston SASSA several times and were told to go to CITY HALL in Germiston yesterday once again for nothing. All that is happening is she is travelling up and down to Germiston for nothing and no one seems to care. She resides in Alberton. We have pleaded for the other person on the line to call her back when contacting the finance call centre but they refuse. The national call centre I want to thank Gugulethu for at least pointing us in the right direction. She said we must lodge a query with finance to try and get Rosina's funds back but finance call centre wont phone Rosina back. Please someone assist this lady.

Everytime she goes to SASSA germiston its a different story each time. PLEASE ASSIST
