SEQUESTRATED ESTATE

Good day,
Me and my husband were sequestrated in 2009 June, applying for electricity for the house we rented we were forced to pay nearly R 10 000 in outstanding monies owed to them by the previous estate, otherwise we were threatened with discontinuation of service if we didn't comply. In the end I aid over R500 a month to the municipality over the last two years. We applied for rehabilitation in October 2013 and had to ay a huge contribution towards the solicitors. I would like all moneys refunded to me with interest as This was illegal to insist on paying an account which formed part of the sequestrated estate.
