No Transparency, no service

I hereby wish to inform you of an electricity supplier which has failed to provide transparency regarding invoices, disconnections and the total amount owing to the City Of Tshwane municipality.

The estate which I reside in makes use of Vnet as a service provider between the City Of Tshwane municipality and the estate.

Since October 2012 Vnet has not been making a full payment to the City Of Tshwane municipality and has been concealing payment proof from the Board of Directors. Vnet has also not acted in line within their current mandate and have not disconnected non paying residents.

We have tried negotiating and have submitted complaints regarding bad service to the supplier but this has not changed the levels of service delivery.
