RUDE, DIRTY HELEN JOSEPH BREAST CLINIC

I got operated at the Helen Joseph Hospital in February 2013, for a breast enlargement. I saved up my R16 000-00 and could not wait to do this operation due to the fact that I wanted this from my 21ste birthday, I am now 43!!! The service that I received was friendly, clean and very professional. After one month I went back and told the doctor that there is something loose in my left breast. They send me for X-rays etc. and told me that it is normal and will go away. I left it up until now 8 - 9 months later. I have a very ugly scar (photo attached) and the loose implant is till floating loose in my breast. I went back to the breast clinic in September 2013 were I saw Dr. Zinn his words to me is "I looks like you are hard to please" could I just make this clear that I paid R16 000-00 for this disaster every time I look at my I feel like crying? Is that so hard to please... He then gave me a date to come back for a revision of the scar and see if he could do something with the loose implant? I went for my scheduled date on the 18 November 2013, when I got to the hospital and the doctor came to me in the reception area to inform me that they are very busy and that
