I power went off last night just after 6, I reported the matter and received a reference number 569. At 11:00 last night I phoned to get progress whereby the lady threw the phone down in my ear when I asked what time it would be fixed. At 11:00 PM I reported the incident again, I was given the next reference number. This morning I phoned again to find out the progress and why I was given another reference number (Ref: 649), I was told the technicians fixed the problem (yet there was not power?) I was told to phone back after 8:00 this morning to get an update by a very helpful lady. I tried to phone but held on for over 15 minutes, I reported on SMS again and now have received another NEW REFERENCE number??? Reference number 104 today? Today is 37 degrees, I am still holding again for over 12 minutes as I am typing this complaint. I am worried our meat will rot? PLEASE can someone care enough to phone me and to fix our problem. PLEASE I am begging on my knees. You have all the power in your hands I am begging!!
