No Feedback and Lack of interest

GEPF... It has been a YEAR since my mother went on pension and she has NOT received her pension payout. How you people justify this and how you expect her to survive is beyond me. 1 year with no income? It raises no concern? The responses we get range from: "in process mam" to "re-calculating mam"... It is appalling.
