We submitted all documents last year October. I want answers as to when can mother expect payment, (pension no 97336950) by the GEPF. Each time when the call centre is contacted it is told that the application is with the legal department. The is no turnaround time, all they say is. This is really not acceptable. If the GEPF has all the necessary documentation, what is the hold up with the application? The answer that it is with the legal department is not good enough for my mother. I want a proper answer please and she want a date when will payment be done? It is already an inconvenience to call the call centre each time to hold between 10 and 20 min. This long process is holding her life back as she can not move on with her life until this matter is resolved.
