JO'BURG WATER IS A JOKE

I received an incorrect notice on my gate dated 30 October 2013. If I didn't make full payment we'd be cut off. At the end of the letter it says you have 14 days to dispute this. We have an arrangement in place with VVM attorneys and have been paying every month. Since the arrangement, we have not defaulted. Calling Joburg water the first time a lady Lebo put me on hold with music saying she'd check into it. That was 45 minutes ago. If I hadn't called back I'd still be holding. Called again -spoke to Buithumelo. She told me that we were cut off today because we had "defaulted". I told her we had NEVER defaulted since we made the arrangement. I also told her the letter on my gate gives you14 days to dispute. She told me if you got the letter more than once that sentence "doesn't count"! Then I spoke to Zane Mills - he told me the same thing- Have you ever in your life? You lay down the law, but it "doesn't count". Now for the biggest joke! They told me there was no arrangement in place on their side, I must call the attorneys.so I did VVM 0877401184 - The message "we no longer deal with Joburg water-we must call..." No wonder there's "no arrangement" I'm sending to carte blanche
