What's the point of arrangements

I am very dissapointed with the service i have received from Old mutual, after all effors i had done on my side to make payments arrangement for my loan that i had defaulted on. Now i get a mere sms saying that summons will be issued. I have never missed on my arrangement even after they never kept their side and always sending debits 2 days before my pay day which resulnts in me paying bank charges. What is the point of making arrangement if they are never acknowledged and taken seriously? Unfortunately customers are being taken for granted and too quick companies too quick to send judgements!!!
