LGR Attorneys refuse to keep to our arrangement

I've made arrangements with LGR Attorneys to pay a credit card - R1400 per month. Our arrangement was for the last day of the month. I have received 2 threatening SMSes that I will be blacklisted - BEFORE the end of the month, for not making the payment. They did phone me before this, and I said I SHOULD be making the payment on _this_ date - but due to personal issues (father-in-law having a stroke) I wasn't able to do the transfer on that day - and I figured - my arrangement is for the end of the month, so it won't be an issue.

Today I received SMSes:
12:26PM: "Friendly reminder to make payment on your STD Bank credit card account before or on 29/06/2013. LGR Attorneys..."

Then, 51 minutes later:
1:17PM: "You have failed to pay your Standard Bank credit card. Summons/Judgment will be sent to court today and attachment for assets will follow. Mbali from LGR..."

I phoned, and complained, and screamed, and told them the arrangement was for THE END OF the month. And that I did indeed pay the account early this morning.

A few minutes later I get the SMS:
3:20PM "Fixed arrangement made... R1400.00 on 2013/06/28"...
