Een using gautrain since the month it opened. loyal commuter. this morning i find out that a card i borrowed from a friend in Feb 2013 and i have been using and loading thousands of rands to travel with, has been blacklisted for being bought with a credit card. OK no prob, cancel the card and transfer my R300.00 that i loaded yesterday 22 October 2013 onto a new card, i am even willing to pay for the card. i produced a slip from their machines that i loaded money on the same card. what they tell me, fill in a refund form and you are not Guaranteed of getting your money back. after showing proof of purchase, they will bank that money. whats worse, the complaints are flying in at a fast rate about gautrain, yet nothing changes. lets see how this one plays out when i fill in the refund form. so today i have to purchase a new card going home, load money on again. and wait for an investigation from client service, to find me guilty or not guilty of, that will depend if i get my money back... YET i showed proof of the money i loaded just the day before. my name is Garth Mokoily
