Gautrain and the Bombela operating company, seem content to hard working South African's money and then hide behind an inefficient customer care centre. Funds loaded in October was not loaded onto my gold card at the Kiosk. I immediately took it up with the station manager; after which I was promised that my funds will automatically be credited to my cheque account. Alas, days later, on 1 November I went back to the station only having to provide bank statements and fill out a forms. Again being promised that the refund will be followed up within 7 working days. Alas, on the 25 November I logged a complaint on the Gautrain website. Again promises of eminent feedback, again nothing. On the 20 December I contacted the call centre to demand feedback. Alas, I was only directed to the websites again. Daylight.
