Rides Bus-Pmnts not allocated correctly

Good Morning

I had purchased a 35day pass. My understanding - It reflects 35 then less one day for return trip.
I worked the 03-05/10/2013 = 3days. Wk 7-11/10/2013=5days. Wk14-17/10/2013=4days. The total12days.
I should have 23day pass left. How is it that I still need to go home today 17/10/2013 and I have 19days left when I should have more days available. My expiry date on the ticket says 07/11/2013.
My bus trips. It is to be R12 a return from Sandton. I am being charged R20 a trip. This is in a sense. No-one ever checks this. My card no. is 1839423345. I need this checked and reported and amended.
The till slips that are used for receipts fade and is very bad for audit structures. The receipt paper needs to be changed soon. Companies do not accept this as it FADES the ink and is of no use. Kind regards.
