SERVICE IS HORRABLE

We have been standing hear from 6am and the queue has not even moved and they are now tell us that at 15:30 they are closing the doors and we must go back home and come back tomorrow. This is the third time that I am coming here and I a m always cut off when they are tired of working, when they are tired of working they take long lunches and they talk to each other and never concentrate on the client we are here to submit but nothing is happening. There is only one person who is busy with our queue and there is hundreds of us we are been told that we should arrive here at 4am in order for us to be attended.
