The Reya Viya bus system could be the best thing to ever happen to the city of Johannesburg if only the machine s would work properly. You swipe in and when you have to swipe out, the machines are out of service. should you leave without swiping out, the next time you swipe in, the system will penalize you and you no recourse. The is not mechanism of lodging a complaint... can the city of Johannesburg do something!
