I would like to applaud Captain Volchenk at the Mfuleni Police station. He assisted me by certifying my documents. He stepped in when someone else was "suppossedly" helping me, but it was clear that the person's mind was somewhere else as you could as he walked away from the helpdesk twice and he didn't even fetch the stamps to do the certifying. WELL DONE CPT VOLCHENK!!
