Bus driver made me pay R9 instead of R5.50. That's the amount I usually pay from berea centre to alpine Rd. When I asked for my ticket he said "ungazongidakelwa". I asked for my money so I could jump off and wait for another bus he just kept quiet. He was taking cash from passengers and not giving them tickets. The ticket machine was working perfectly well though. Finally when it was time for me to jump off. He went past my bus stop lucky there were people on the next one. That's where I jumped off. The bus came to berea around 19:15, I couldn't get his name but I managed to save the bus registration. ND 10316
