Police men think they are above the law

It was around 21H00 at night I was pulled of the road by the police quantum, they asked if they could see the drivers license which I did show them but they didn't wear any barges whatsoever the other police man were swearing at my partner and he beated him up and they pointed a gun in my face as if I did something wrong, while the other police men were looking and when I asked who he was they kept quiet as if they were protecting him but luckily I knew one of them which is Goitsimang Mataboge. Today a called the garankuwa police station talked to Captain Kenneth Sebapo and laid a complain he said to me the is no quantum at garankuwa station it has gone missing for the past 3 months I should come Monday to talk to station Colonel metsi.
