I phoned Edgars on Monday the 29th of July 2013 getting a settlement amount for my account. On Thursday 31 July 2013 I made the payment in full, i then phoned edgars and was told to wait a few days and then contact them to have the account closed. I have been trying non stop since Monday 05 August to just speak to some one to have this matter sorted they transfer me numorous times resulting in holding the line sometimes for up to 15 minutes to then just have the line either disconnected or that i have to hang up for the call duration. All i want to do is have the payment allocated, and the account closed. This morning i was informed my account has been handed over. I have no idea what to do anymore PLEASE just sort out my payment
