MONEY DEPOSITED IN CIPC ACCOUNT AND NO ALLOCATION

I have deposited money (R210) into the cipc account number 4055681017 on 06-Aug-2013 which was suppose to be allocated to customer code 148437 and to date this allocation has not been done. I have tried to phone cipc serveral times and they never answer the phone at all. I then realised that the format of my reference is not exactly the same as how they require it and I have followed their advise of where to send the proof of payment to request manual allocation and still the money has not been allocated. I have sent my proof of payment [Email Removed] and faxed to 0866738313 on 07-08-2013 and nothing was done to date.

I then created another account with the intention of checking if the money will be allocated should I pay the amount exactly how the required it, I deposited R60 towards customer code 550650 and it is still not allocated.

I have sent an email to serveral address of theirs on 06-08-2013 the least they could have done is to reply and tell me the correct procedure if I didnt follow they correct procedure.

I did not expect a government institution to act like they are running. The service is totally unacceptable.
