Emplyees shouting at customers

When I wanted assistance an employee by the name of Gloria Ngubani completely ignored me. She didnt acknowledge my even standing in front of her. I greeted her to let her know that Im there & she continued to ignore me because her leave form is more important than helping customers. Eventually I asked if she is going to help me and she started shouting & performing that I have no respect. When I threatenees to report her she said go ahead my name is Gloria Ngubani. This is unnacceptable treatment from an organisation that is supposed to provide a SERVICE. Im the customer she should respect me. Her attitide was andd highly inprofessional.
