Edgars staff hiding from Managers!!!

I visited Edgars Sandton City last Saturday afternoon and was shocked by the attitude of employee Khwathelani Nefolovhodwa. I asked to speak to her Manager and was told that she doesnt work on a Saturday, I asked for any Manager and she advised that she didnt know of any. I asked another employee to find a Manager for me. After a 20 minute wait, Gloria Satekge pitches up, totally out of breath and she is the only manager manning 3 floors, as she advises. Although professional, she was of no help whatsoever especially when she advised us that Khwathelani was not available- she was HIDING!!!
My husband and I laughed this off, thinking that this was a joke. Is that the respect Edgars staff have for the Managers, let alone customers that they go into hiding??? As we were about to leave, we spotted Khwathelani again and asked her for her name again. Guess what, she's no longer wearing her name badge which was always there. When I asked her about this, she then sticks her hand into her bra and pulls it out to show her Manager!!! Edgars, you'ver become a joke and your staff an embarassment. Cant say much about your Management team either if that is the respect they get from their staff
