Driver charging R5 from certain passengers

We travel from Empire to Jhb City in the afternoon on a double decker no82 bus the driver having no set time pitch at any time, he become arrogant and refuse to take notes as he is complaining about not having change, and creating his own demarcated area for certain passengers.

There are a certain bunch of ladies that do not wait at the bus stop and they get picked up in front of their office block because they pay him gets R5 per trip to the Jhb CBD

The noise level in the bus is atrocious and these ladies are standing in front of the bus obstructing and chatting to the driver whilst he is busy driving. Please get this driver off this route or have him reprimanded
