I am a female student travelling to UJ

Metrobus 414 is supposed to arrive at Westgate Mall between 17:00 and 17:10. Bus arrives at 17:40, bus driver says that her bus broke down but nonetheless did not apologise. At this stage there are few passengers as most had left. Bus driver continues on a wrong route skipping most of the major bus stops. When she arrives near Westdene she continues to reprimand me for not taking another bus because she is late and needs to be in Ghandi Square by 6pm. She proceeds for nearly 20 minutes with her insults while I remain silent. She continues to tell me that she will be taking a straight route rather than the normal route to Ghandi Square as she is late and refuses to accomodate just one person going to Parktown. She is about to leave me 10km away from my bus stop at night while it is pitch dark. I inform her that she disobeying the city bus route so she travels the normal route with the nasiest attitude and filthiest comments. I thank her before I get off the bus and she clicks her tongue at me, pulling away before I have even jumped off.

Metrobus under this particular female driver has proven to be extraordinarily disgusting.
