ELECTRICITY SPIKES CAUSES DAMAGE OF ALMOST R40, 000

Dear Peter,
A few days ago, I sent you details regarding the electricity spikes that caused damage to my goods in ROOIBERG, LIMPOPO to the value of /- R40, 000.00.
After reporting the problem of the electricity spikes to the Thabazimbi Municipality on 22 November 2011 I contacted the State Presidents Hotline 17737 and told them about my complaint, I was given the Ref No 3949152. After phoning Mr JOHANNES MATLOU (Tel 014-7771525) who told me to bring in my statement and quotations for my damaged goods to theamount of /- R40, 000.
I also contacted the Municipal Manager ROGER NKUMISE on tel: 014 7771525 ext 194... also JOSHUA TSHAMANE ext 190. I also contacted the Executive Mayor Ms. PATRICIA MOSHITO eith no responce.
I now have the persons name whom I was told to contacted by a reliable source and is as follows: motsomanembazimbi.gov.za.
All i want is my compensation for which they have quotes which I personally handed in to Mr MATLOU, WHO LOST THEM AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER COPY TO BE FAXED TO HIM, WHICH I DID AND ALSO HANDED A HARD COPY TO HIM ONCE AGAIN.
PLEASE PETER, ALL I WANT IS COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE ELECTRICITY SPIKES AMOUNTING TO /- R40, 000.
