THABAZIMBI MUNICIPALITY POWER SPIKES CAUSES DAMAGE

In 2012, after many electricity power spikes due to inadequate electricity spikes and so much damage to my computers, microwave, stand up freezer and television, i went to the munisipality to put in a claim for my damages. Mr Matlou told me to give him quotes for my damages to the amount of R37, 000.00 and i was told that i would be compensated. After 2 weeks I contacted him again because I had not heard from him or any of the people who work with this matter. I was sent to Evkom to put in a claim which I did and was told by them that it is Thabazimbi Munisipality's job to re-embuse me. I again contacted Mr Matlou who told me that the quotes had dissappeared from his desk, so i took in another set of quotes. Eventually 4 people came out to my house in Rooiberg Limpopo and took foto's and said that they will see what they can do and even asked me if I would allow them to repair whatever could be repaired... TO DATE - NOTHING.
I contacted the Public Protecter to help me and /- a week ago, they phoned me and asked if I had received payment from Thabazimbi Municipality and I told them that I had not.
I WANT COMPENSATION!!!
